Notice for Consent
The Global Kayastha Conference Trust ("GKC") asks for your consent to use your personal data as described below. This notice is short on purpose; the full details are in our Privacy Policy. You give consent by ticking the "I agree" box on the membership form or when we ask you to accept an updated policy.

3. How to withdraw consent
GKC messages, sponsor offers and leaving the WhatsApp group: tap Stop in any GKC message or use the "my choices" link in our emails — your membership is not affected.
Membership itself: you can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: delete your account from your dashboard (My Profile → Delete my account), or write to the Grievance Officer from your registered email address. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it. Because membership depends on this data, withdrawing consent ends your membership; records the law requires us to keep (such as payment records) are kept only for that purpose.
4. Your rights
- See a summary of your data and who it was shared with, and download a copy from your dashboard.
- Correct, complete or update your data.
- Have your data erased (completed within 30 days of your request).
- Nominate a person to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act (write to the Grievance Officer).
- If you have a lawful guardian because of a disability, your guardian gives consent and uses these rights for you: they write to the Grievance Officer with the guardianship order or certificate.
- Complain to our Grievance Officer, who responds within 30 days.
